My Objective
Teaching children is a choice. I am a mother myself, to a 7-year-old daughter, and I have a duty to provide her with all the tools she needs to face certain violent individuals.
Whatever happens in life, we must be able to respond to an attack or a threat.
I am proud to be able to teach my students the right reflexes, to help them become stronger, to build their self-confidence, to recognize dangerous situations, and to stand up for themselves at school—whether through words, actions, or by escaping...
Know this: when you don’t know what to do during an attack, you do nothing and suffer through it... but if you do know what to do...!
The IKM federation is a global family. I continue to train with instructors from Belgium, France, Israel, and more, and we put the techniques to the test!
