Studying the human body parts, the vulnerable points and the different striking areas.
Punching and kicking from different distances and positions, applied in different situations.
Use of the weapons and objects available (tonfa, telescopic batons, flashlight, etc...).
Defense against different punching and kicking attacks.
Defense against different holds (bear hugs, chokes, clothing seize...).
Defense against an attacker that tries to get hold of the Service weapon.
Defense against threats of edge weapons or firearms with bare hands.
Control of hostile individuals (working alone or in teams).
NB: All these techniques can be performed with the aid of a telescopic baton or tonfa.
Handcuffing techniques (standing or on the ground...).
Police suspect searching techniques.
Development of determination.
Working on Krav Maga and Shooting.
